PP spunbond non-woven cloth has been popular among consumers in recent years, largely due to its composition. What are the physical properties of PP non-woven fabric?


PP spunbond non-woven cloth is one of many types of non-woven fabric. It is made of polypropylene (PP material), which is drawn and fused into a web at high temperatures, and then bonded into a fabric by hot rolling. Due to its simple production process, large output, non-toxic and harmless to the human body, it has been widely used in medical and sanitary materials and other fields.


PP, also known as polypropylene, is a polymer formed by free radical polymerization of propylene monomer. It is a high-crystalline shape with a milky white color, non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless, and belongs to crystalline materials. Imported PP spunbond non-woven cloth is a non-woven fabric made of polypropylene material. It has high strength, small difference in vertical and horizontal strength, acid and alkali resistance, non-toxicity, harmlessness to the human body, excellent air permeability, and original liquid dyeing without fading.


Understanding FFP2 meltblown non-woven fabric


The purpose of FFP2 meltblown non-woven fabric is to avoid or reduce the entry of smoke and dust in the air into the body's sound organs and thus maintain personal safety;


Raw materials


Most of the anti-fine particle masks are made of double-layer non-woven fabric, with a filter bag (melt-blown fabric) in the middle;


The basic principle of FFP2 meltblown non-woven fabric filtration


Filtering floating dust depends on the filter bag in the middle, because the meltblown fabric has the characteristic of carrying static induction, and can adsorb particles with very small volumes. Since the floating dust is adsorbed on the filter, and the filter has static induction and cannot be washed with water, the self-suction type anti-fine particle breathing mask must replace the filter element on time;


Remarks


The international application rules for anti-fine particle masks are very strict. Anti-fine particle masks are higher in self-protection equipment than earplugs and goggles.


Safety protection objectives


The safety protection objectives are divided into KP and KN. KP means that oil-soluble and non-oil fine particle materials can be safely prevented, while KN only means that non-oil fine particle materials can be safely prevented;


Waterproof level


China's waterproof level is divided into KP100, KP95, KP90, KN100, KN95, and KN90. Among them, the filtration efficiency of KP100 and KN100 is highest and exceeds 99.97% according to national industry standards, so their safety is also relatively high.
